Out County Placement

The Macomb County Juvenile Justice Center can provide detention and/or residential treatment services to other jurisdictions if bed space is available. Our detention per diem rate is $183.00. Our residential treatment per diem rate is $235.00.

Detention Services

If interested in placing a youth in secure detention please contact the Facility at 586-469-5384 and ask to speak to a Shift Supervisor. Supervisors are available 7 days per week, 24 hours a day to assist you. You will need to complete and forward the Detention Intake form and provide a Court order authorizing placement and approval for the Center to provide routine and/or emergency medical treatment.
